Polysulfone Tubing

Polysulfone Tubing (PSU or PSF) is extruded using a strong, rigid, high performance thermoplastic with properties that remain stable over a wide temperature range from approximately minus 150º F to over 300º F. This semi-transparent, amber colored plastic has excellent electrical and chemical resistant properties, which enables it to satisfy many high-heat, high-performance demands.

Our production facilities are capable of extruding smooth, clean and transparent Polysulfone tubes, made primarily from UDEL® Polysulfone, within the following parameters:

• Diameters from 1/8" to 8"
• Wall thickness from .010" to heavy wall.

Our experienced team has the ability to customize Polysulfone tubes to meet your particular size and length requirement(s). We also offer many secondary services such as hole drilling, facing, notching and punching to enhance the form, fit and functionality of the Polysulfone end product.
