ABS Tubes and Profiles

Diameters from 1/8″ to 8″ with standard or customized wall thicknesses.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) combines the strength and rigidity of acrylonitrile and styrene polymers with the toughness of polybutadiene rubber. ABS can be FDA compliant which makes it a good option for food processing and other applications requiring a good appearance. Its ability to be used in temperatures between -20° to 80°C (-4° to 176°F) make it a popular choice for automotive and electronic applications as well. Its ability to be easily machined due to its toughness makes it an excellent choice for a variety of applications and the material can be extruded in a variety of sizes and colors.

Scandia Plastics works hard to live up to its proud reputation of being a reliable source for the extrusion of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) tubing. The technicians at Scandia Plastics are highly trained to produce quality, ABS tube and profile products.

Scandia Plastics’ production facility, located in Plaistow, NH, is state-of-the-art and includes some of the finest equipment available for the extrusion of high quality, ABS tubes and profiles. Our production facilities are capable of extruding rigid ABS tubes and profiles within the following parameters:

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Tubing Parameters:

  • Diameters from 1/8″ to 8″
  • Wall thickness from .015″ to heavy wall.

Common ABS Applications:

  • Automotive
  • Electronics
  • Appliances
  • Medical
  • Toy Manufacturing
  • Machined Prototypes
