Polysulfone (PSU) extrusions offer a superior combination of high-performance properties that include:

Polysulfone Tubing (PSU or PSF) is extruded using a strong, rigid, high performance thermoplastic with properties that remain stable over a wide temperature range from approximately minus 150° F to over 300° F. Polysulfone (PSU) plastic has excellent electrical and chemical resistant properties, which enables it to satisfy many high-heat, high-performance demands. Additionally, it is approved for food contact and potable water.

Scandia Plastics’ production facility, located in Plaistow, NH, is state-of-the-art and includes some of the finest equipment available for the extrusion of high quality Polysulfone tubing. Our production facilities are capable of extruding smooth, clean Polysulfone tubes, made primarily from UDEL® Polysulfone, within the following parameters

- Wall thickness from .015″ to heavy wall.
